It all started in Wuhan city,
Hubei Province, China where the virus was first identified. According to some
unpublished Chinese government data, the first case of someone suffering from
Covid-19 was to be traced back to 17 November 2019. Some believe that the first
infections were linked to a live animal market, but the virus is now spreading
from person-to-person and spread all over the world. Many people get affected
because at first, they didn’t know that they got affected with it and interact
with many other people and the virus formed the chain and now the virus is in
every city of every country in the world and On 11 March 2020 the World Health
Organization (WHO) announced that the outbreak should be considered a pandemic.
The COVID-19 infection can spread
from one person to others via droplets produced from the respiratory system of
infected people, often during coughing or sneezing that’s why infected people
are asked to wear a mask to avoid its spread.
Symptoms:
After getting affected with the
virus at first the person does not show any symptoms regarding it till 14 days
but after 14 days the virus begin to show some symptoms starting with the
normal common flu symptoms like,
1- Fever
2- Tiredness
3- Dry cough
4- Shortness of breath and
difficulty in breathing.
Other symptoms can include:
Aches
Runny nose
Sore throat
Although the sign of the novel
coronavirus (COVID-19) is similar to the common cold but it is a contagious and
wide-spreading disease.
In some severe cases, later the
infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney
failure, and then it leads to death.
